3. Receive your start and end commision deadline.
4. Review of sketch, lineart with color base and final work.
5. Receive the files thruoght email or download link via pm on twitter.

TERMS OF SERVICE
✿ Sending a form requesting a commissions means you have read and agreed to this terms of service.
✿ I have the right to decline a commission if I don't feel comfortable with it.
✿ I reply twitter messages and emails in a range of 72 hours, Saturday and Sunday do not count.
✿ You must credit me when the work is published in any social space to my twitter @EmphyArt .
✿ I have the right to publish the work on my social medias and portfolio.
✿ Commissions for personal use only, this means that it is strictly prohibited to create physical or digital merchandise that generates any type of monetary gain (Stickers, shirts, pins, etc.) In case you want commercial use, you must pay an extra fee.
✿ Using my work for NFT or AI is strictly prohibited.
✿ The delivery limit time range is 2 months since the payment has been made.
✿ The delivery of your commission will be sent through the platform in which you contacted me this means my twitter @EmphyArt or my Email [email protected] .
✿ In case there is going to be any delay i will make sure to notify you.
Payment Policy
✿ USD currency only
✿ I only receive payments through Paypal or Wise.
✿ Payment 100% upfront or 50% at the start and 50% when the sketch is deliver.
✿ You can ask for a refund if:
- not a week has passed since payment, except if the sketch has already been delivered. (
I understand that emergencies can happen that's why I give this option).
- One month has passed since you made thee payment and you haven't received any update of your commission.
General Rules
✿ You can't make any changes on your commission once the sketch has been send.
✿ If you wish to postpone the publishing of your commission please notify me with the date i'm allowed to.
✿ consider that in commissions of emojis or stickers some details of your characters may not be represented since in this type of work it is necessary to simplify some things.
✿You will receive a start and end date for your commissions in which you will be receiving the sketch for review and the lineart with base color first, also the final work before receiving the final files, so I ask you to be attentive to your messages or emails .
